Awesome response and quick. Our family was on a road trip from California, and unfortunately, our truck had an issue. After a quick internet search and finding the ideal relationship, we landed on Tom Keefe. He helped us quickly, drove over 1.5hr round trip to our campsite, and picked our family of 5 up and brought us to the dealership to look at our options. His knowledge and honesty are something that is highly missed in this world today, and we are thankful to meet such a great group of folks.

We were in and out in less than 3 hours! I found my F-150 on their website, and by the time we arrived, my salesman, Mike, had it pulled up front and ready to go. He walked us around the truck, handed us the keys, and let us take it for a test drive. After the drive, we sat down and went over the numbers. They were a little low on my trade-in at first, but after a quick negotiation, we came to an agreement that I was happy with. We signed the paperwork through our bank and were on our way. From start to finish, we were at the dealership for less than 3 hours. Their hassle-free pricing, no-pressure sales approach, and straightforward financing made the entire experience enjoyable. They genuinely treated us like valued customers, and that goes a long way. We really enjoyed working with Mike and he even laughed at my dad jokes. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in the market for a vehicle.

First I was impressed with a quick pick up of my call and the sales associate was fast with answers to my initial call. Upon arriving the truck was parked near the entrance and was met coming through the door with a goo morning can I help you. Sales associate was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and the extras not mentioned in any sales advertisement . 5 day exchange, 60 day warranty, they were nice surprises. Finance officer and sales manager were both professional and easy to talk to. Overall this has been the best experience I've ever had buying a new or used vehicle.
