I was looking for a Superduty Tremor that didn’t have a bunch of options that would add to the price and Mullinax has a great selection. They have basic ones all the way up to fully optioned ones in multiple colors so I was able to compare them in person. I called them before heading down since it was over 50 miles away and the guy I called, Mike Zolman, met as I was walking to the door. Great guy who answered all my questions and is a no pressure salesman. I bought a new truck and headed home.

Mullinax is our best dealer experience ever anywhere. We love that they had the truck we wanted; that helped. But then they priced it at a reasonable price and we didn't have to argue. Our salesman was perfect from beginning to end including messages, contact, information, smiley, and anything else you can think of. And their other representative was just as perfect. There was no pressure, there's no awkwardness, everything was ready and good to go. I almost bought a second truck before I left there. The service seems to continue as the the Ford plant seems to have shipped the vehicle missing a few things here and there. The salesman is on it and will send out anything I ask as soon as I let him know that I didn't receive like little puck Caps or a medical kit. Find your Ford vehicle and buy it from Mullinax.

Just left with my second bronco I’ve purchased through John, this was the easiest deal I’ve ever had. They were quick, transparent with numbers and so helpful. We needed to replace our 1994 F350. I found an amazing truck at Mullinax Ford with a great price. We live in Snohomish County so we looked locally first. The Ford F350 trucks we saw were newer, priced close to 50K and with over 100K miles on them. They also had a lot of wear and tear on them. We decided to drive the two hours from Marysville to Olympia and just as we pulled into the parking lot, our old truck died for the last time. We had already spoken to Ryan Trujillo and he was holding the keys for us. Before we even left Snohomish County, Ryan told me several times to be careful driving our worn out truck that distance. As soon as we got out of our truck, we were both thrilled we had made the drive- especially since we had no way to drive home. The truck was exactly what we were looking for; the price was terrific, the truck was beautiful with low miles and there wasn't a hint of wear and tear. Every salesman we spoke to at Mullinax was courteous, friendly and polite. Ryan chatted with us while we were waiting for the finance gentleman to call us in to his office and we exchanged pictures of our pets. The finance gentleman also brought us each a bottle of water. Ryan gave my husband a box for our belongings and he agreed to let my husband come back the next day to take a few things out of our old truck as he needed to get tools for their removal. The finance gentleman found us a fantastic interest rate that was 1.6% less than the original interest rate we were quoted, he made sure we paid for "gap" insurance and he stressed that if we make additional payments, to be sure those additional payments go to the principle and not to interest. Mullinax dealership is the absolute B-E-S-T! The salesmen are exceptional and not at all pushy. The finance gentleman we worked with made sure he saved us as much as he could on interest and educated us on those additional payments should we make them. Ryan Trujillo held the truck keys until we could get there to see and drive the truck and he stayed with us until we were ready to finance the truck; and the concern he showed for us driving that distance in a truck that was on it's last legs was beyond kind. I would HIGHLY recommend Mullinax Ford to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. I truly believe we could not have found better customer service anywhere. Thank You Ryan Trujillo for holding the keys for us until we arrived and for your kindness and concern for our safety! Thank You to the gentleman who got us a fabulous interest rate and educated us about making addional payments! Thank You to all the other employees and salesmen who were friendly and welcoming as soon as we walked into the Mullinax Dealership! Recently I traded in the 2016 for a 2019 Raptor (Certified Preowned) Within a few days I noticed several problems that should have been caught and corrected before my purchase. The salesman (Matt) and service manager (Donnie) discussed the situation with the GM who agreed everything should be repaired at no cost to me. It is reassuring to know Mullinax Ford of Olympia will “do the right thing”.

The whole process start to finish was stress free. I would definitely go back to Mullinax Ford for another vehicle without hesitation.

was good but could have been better, after paying an enormous amount on a vehicle and having an appointment to pick it up, I would have expected it be ready to go. "Yes" , maybe minor issues, the plastic left on the floor mats and display, front mud flaps were not installed and found under the rear seat. Salesman did offer to install but was told it's only a few screws so I decided to do it at home. Found out all hardware was not included to install properly and found a missing bolt holding on the lower fender flare. Finally, not happy a company sticker was placed on the tailgate providing some free advertisement, not my thing as I remove all company items to include License plate frames, maybe in the future you could ask the customer if they want them, it could save the company some advertising money. I do enjoy the truck!
