We had a VERY pleasant experience buying a new Ford Maverick truck from Tom Keefe at Mullinax Ford of Olympia in May of this year. It was so nice not to have to negotiate the price. Not only did we feel that we got a fair price on the vehicle, but Mullinax ended up sending us a check for a "refund of price protection" that they said they missed at the time of purchase. It was a very nice surprise, and we love our truck. We highly recommend shopping for a new vehicle at Mullinax Ford.
My experience with Mullinax Ford Service reads like a masterclass in how to mismanage even the simplest tasks. I wish I could give them a “0,” but apparently, that isn’t an option.

I recently bought a used 2013 Ford Eascape at Mullinax in Olympia Wa. Ryan was the sales person I dealt with. He was very helpful, informative and not over bearing. I was impressed with the transaction all being done right in the dealership. Just have to go back for the license plates. There was concern that was taken care of at the service department. Super easy experience and zero stress. I texted with Austin a few times he told me to come in and I came in. We did the deal and I left. There was a slight issue with the vehicle which he fixed right away to include personally cleaning some of the vehicle himself.
I initially called them from about an hour's drive away. The Maverick I was interested in was parked by the door and ready to go for a test drive by the time I got there. All my questions were heard and answered calmly and professionally. The salesroom floor was quiet, clean and comfortable.
I gotta tell you, Mulinax pushes the uncar guy envelope, but They are about Thier business. Jon expressed genuine interest and the finance guys were rocke ship fast. I’ got a sort of rare car for its age, but it the exact year I’ve been scouring the Earth for, and only 30k miles Happy Hsppy, Joy, Joy. Best dealership in Olympia by a crooked mile. Purchased a brand new ford at mullinax it sits in the driveway don't run called mullnax they said they might be able to look at it in2 months luckily Titus will is going to fix it today service at mullinax is terrible and the girl on the phone is very rude
Initial email communication with Juan (Sales Manager) was fast and helpful. We probably exchanged a dozen email before I decided to come in. My sales rep was Jonathan and in all honesty, you could not find a nicer, more knowledgeable or a man with integrity than Jonathan. One minor glitch would be the poor personality and disrespectful behavior of the finance manager that handled my paperwork. But he did get better as things went forward. I highly recommend this dealership and to top it off, my wife and I both love the car. Thank you Mullinax Ford.
There are nice sales people there, and at least they knew quite a bit about electric cars and trucks (unlike some dealerships and sales people!). They do not work on commission, just on number of cars sold, so lower pressure to upsell. They did not know the details of the Ford Charge Station Pro, that this is what enables the truck to have Bidirectional Power to your house, or that it is an 80 AMP LEVEL 2 CHARGER, or that the included installation is worth another about $1500! Very easy process, everything was straightforward. Chad was great to work with. Took a little longer than we expected to get the truck prepped and ready to take home, but we bought one that had just hit the lot so not a huge deal.

After purchasing 3 trucks here I wouldn't recommend any ford dealership. I thought the truck we were buying was on sale for $54,000.00 plus tax, license, etc. After it was written up and was $65,000.00 I was shocked!! Then I was told that because I wasn't financing through ford I didn't get the sale price!! Seriously that didn't say that anywhere in plain English!!
I had a great experience at Mullinax Ford of Olympia. I worked with Chandler again and he did Awesome!! Week earlier I bought a 2024 Ranger and realized I needed a BIGGER truck; I came back to Chandler, and he took care of me and helped me into a 2024 F150. Also, Chad the Sales Manager was there to help and the whole second experience was Great !! Every time I stop in, the people are very friendly and kind and helpful.

I picked up my new 2024 Bronco this afternoon. Chandler helped me order it in November and walked me through the whole purchase process and vehicle orientation. I am very pleased with Chandlers easy no push professionalism and Mullinax as a whole. Very friendly honest people.

Scammers. Through and through. They lie and cheat. They give you every excuse in the book as to why they can't deliver simple paperwork -- nearly came down to them claiming the dog at it. They refuse to take responsibility for delivering defective goods. If you go here, you will be cheated.
After multiple days and many tens of hours of searching nationwide I purchased my truck from Mullinax Olympia. Most of the deal was done all the way from California on the phone and by email. If I could give them 0 I would. Completely deceptive and predatory business practices.
The manager ( can't remember his name) was completely unprofessional. They ran a hard credit check on me 4 times and did in house financing which they benefit from.
They didn't use the credit Ap I turned in with my husband and my information. We're both disabled vets and he has retirement pay. They used my sons credit Ap who has no income and attached my name to it with only my income. They then quoted us a 12.3% interest loan from in house financing. My husband ... Read More

Jeff was great, lots of communication all through out the almost year process of me trying to figure out what I want to finally ordering a vehicle to the waiting game. Ford it’s self is horrible. How are you going to tell customers that you have sourced all the parts to make their vehicle., start production and then for the following 6 months tell them it’s in a chip hold. A lot smoother than most dealers I’ve used and no pressure. The salesman and finance manager were both long term employees. Unusually healthy culture for a car dealer. I’d recommend them.
Great service buying a used car. Love their no haggle pricing (and very fair price), and they gave me a very good value on my trade. Only niggle: they put an awful dealer decal on the car bumper that takes paint thinner and a putty knife to get off. Unfortunately, too, their license plate frames are really ugly, so you need to spend money to replace them. (I otherwise leave the dealer frames on when I buy a car, usually for years, when they are an unobtrusive color, but these are bright yellow.)
Jon Robison was great. The sale was a little more complicated that we thought it would be, but we worked through it and I was very pleased with the outcome. Zach was great to work with, Grant churned it out... and Bobb-I wrapped it all up. Thanks for the great work!!
Jon Robinson, Diane Adam, and the Mullinax Olympia staff were great to work with on the purchase of a 2022 Ford Transit Connect Wagon. It was easy to discuss what our trade-in option was and additional accessories and extended service plans, and extended warranty plans were on this purchase. Easy process, but please recognize that it's basically a no bicker sticker. Sales staff are not paid commissions so that helps in the sense of not a high pressure location.

Went two times to go see a specific truck and it wasn't there! On a Saturday and a Tuesday driving from Tacoma. The first day it was getting a dent fixed and the second was waiting on a panel. Total waste of time.
