Mike was awesome right from the start! I found a truck online that was posted without photos yet, so we set up a test drive. Mike reached out to let us know it was a fresh trade-in about to go into the shop, but since we were driving an hour out, he tracked down the keys so we could look at it and test drive it anyway. My husband fell in love with it instantly! Both Mike and Bobby went above and beyond to make the truck fit our budget and circumstances. Even though we couldn't take it home immediately, they reassured us they'd notify us as soon as it's ready to roll. They were so accommodating—even when our 3.5-year-old was being fussy, they treated us like family and made us feel completely comfortable. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Mullinax in the future!

She went to Mullinax and asked for Mike and she says she was treated with alot of kindness and respect. We worked with Ryan R., and he was informative, transparent, and never pushy or rushed us. He simply gave us the information we needed and guided us through the process. He was extremely laid-back, and we truly felt like we were the ones in the “driver’s seat.” 😀 Once we were ready to move forward, Ryan and our finance specialist continued to clearly explain everything and make sure we understood what we were agreeing to. Instead of making assumptions or rushing through the process to get the most money out of us, they walked us through clear, itemized options and gave us the time we needed to make each decision. Before we left, Ryan even gave us a tour of our new truck’s features, showed us how to use the app, and shared helpful tips and advice. When they say no pressure, they truly mean it. I think we came to a very fair deal and I left with zero complaints. Everything was really easy. I’ve never had that kind of experience when buying a truck before. Usually I’m happy with the truck, but annoyed with the price. Not this time.

Awesome response and quick. Our family was on a road trip from California, and unfortunately, our truck had an issue. After a quick internet search and finding the ideal relationship, we landed on Tom Keefe. Salespeople were great and quick to assist, not pushing sales but interested in helping you find exactly with your looking for. The only complaint was waiting for the car to be detailed and fueled up. Also slow at getting finance started. Mine was a cash deal, but I still waited a 1/2 hr to complete my purchase with finance.

Jacob was very friendly, efficient and transparent really enjoyed working with him on this purchase and I was shopping for cars all day and that was my best experience. Thank you again Jacob.
